These terms govern use of the ACC İklimlendirme public website. They are B2B website terms, not a substitute for a signed supply contract.

2. No binding offer on product pages
Descriptions, specifications and imagery are for general information. They do not constitute a binding offer to sell. Prices are not listed online; commercial terms are confirmed in a written quote and/or order confirmation.
3. Specifications may change
Technical data may be updated without prior notice when better references are available. Values binding for a shipment are those stated in order documents and accompanying product documentation.
4. Stock and price confirmation
Stock, packaging, lead time and price are confirmed when we issue a quote or order confirmation.
5. Orders
A supply obligation arises only after ACC’s written order confirmation (or a signed agreement) specifying products, quantities, price, delivery and payment terms. Dangerous-goods and transport rules apply to refrigerants.
6. Intellectual property
