This privacy policy describes how ACC İklimlendirme handles information on the public website built with Next.js and next-intl.

What this site does
The site presents refrigerant gases (R134a, R404A, R410A, R32, R407C) and cooling equipment in English, Turkish, Russian and Arabic, and lets visitors send a contact message.
Information you submit
The contact form posts to /api/contact. Fields: name, email, message (required); phone, company, subject (optional); plus the active locale. Submissions may be stored in our CMS (Payload FormSubmissions) when that backend is available. If storage fails, the API may still acknowledge receipt without durable storage — treat confirmation as operational, not a legal filing receipt.
Technologies in use
- Next.js application served from our hosting environment.
- next-intl for locale routing (paths always include a locale prefix).
- Locale detection may set an essential preference cookie such as NEXT_LOCALE via next-intl middleware.
- No analytics pixels (e.g. Google Analytics) are included in the current codebase.
- No CAPTCHA widget is present on the contact form.
- No Google Maps embed is used on contact pages.
- No marketing / advertising pixels are present in the current build.
Server logs
Like most websites, hosting and reverse-proxy infrastructure may keep access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, time). These logs are for security, debugging and reliability — not for advertising profiles. Retention depends on the host’s configuration.
Cookies
See the Cookie policy. In short, we aim to use only essential cookies related to locale/preference and session operation if any; we do not invent marketing cookies such as _ga.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Processors that host the site, deliver email or run the CMS may process data as needed to operate the service. Legal disclosures may occur when required by law.
Children
The site is intended for professional / B2B audiences, not for children.
